We’re Natalie, Abbey, and Joe – a family-run team with a genuine passion for hospitality, beautiful homes, and showcasing everything that makes Thanet such a special place to visit.
SoHot Stays was founded in 2020 with a simple goal: to provide guests with exceptional holiday homes and a level of service that makes every stay memorable. What started as a small venture has grown into a trusted local business managing a growing collection of hand-picked holiday homes across Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, and Westgate-on-Sea.
Natalie was born and raised in Thanet and has spent her life enjoying everything the local coastline has to offer. As a proud wife, mum of three, and lifelong local, she brings a wealth of local knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for looking after guests. Whether it’s recommending the best beach for a family day out, a hidden café, or the perfect place to watch the sunset, Natalie loves helping visitors experience Thanet like a local. Outside of SoHot Stays, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their children taking part in local markets and boot fairs, supporting Arsenal, and making the most of every opportunity to enjoy family holidays together.
Abbey and Joe also live in Thanet and are passionate about family life, travel, and creating unforgettable experiences. Along with their two children, they love exploring new destinations, camping and caravan adventures, beach days, and holidays whenever they get the chance. Las Vegas is one of their favourite destinations, and they believe that making memories together is what travel is all about. Together, they bring that same passion for great experiences into every guest stay, believing that the little details make the biggest difference.

A blend of comfort, style and convenience awaits you as soon as you step inside any one of our wonderful apartments. While decorating our inviting apartments we have worked hard to create a feeling of a 2nd home for our guests. Living areas are designed as an open concept space, successfully combining the comfy living room, cosy dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. Lots of space for you to spend time with your friends and family and our bedrooms will provide you will a good nights rest.
We have many lovely apartments, houses in the fabulous seaside towns of Margate, Broadstairs, Westgate-on-Sea & Ramsgate on the Kent coast. Most of our apartments sleep up to 6 guests, and are located directly opposite the beach and one even has its own hot tub.
