Since starting in 2020, we’ve grown from a small local business into a trusted team managing beautiful holiday homes across Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Westgate-on-Sea and Birchington.
SoHot Stays began in 2020 with a simple idea — to create beautiful, welcoming places to stay while giving guests a genuinely personal experience.
What started small has grown over the years, and today we manage a collection of holiday homes across Thanet. But one thing hasn’t changed: we’re still a local, family-run business, and we genuinely care about the properties we look after and the guests who stay in them.

Natalie lives in Margate with her husband Mark and is a mum of three. A true Thanet local, she loves boot fairs and markets, holidays and supporting Arsenal. Natalie is passionate about making sure every SoHot Stays guest feels welcome and has a brilliant stay.

Abbey and Joe live locally in Thanet with their two children. Family time is a huge part of their lives, whether it’s travelling, camping and caravan weekends, beach days or escaping on an all-inclusive holiday and they all have a particular love for Las Vegas! Together, Abbey and Joe are involved in the day-to-day running of SoHot Stays and are passionate about giving guests a friendly, personal experience from booking through to check-out.
Thanet isn’t just where we work it’s our home. We live locally, raise our families here and know Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Westgate-on-Sea and Birchington inside out.
That local knowledge means we can give our guests genuine recommendations, from favourite beaches and places to eat to family days out and hidden gems. And because we’re nearby, there’s always a real person close at hand if our guests or property owners need us.
