If you need to cancel a booking for any reason, we ask that you provide us with 5 days notice, in writing by email. Upon confirmation of receipt will will issue you a full refund, minus any associated credit card fees. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the booked rate if you cancel within 5 days of your stay.
Most of our apartments sleep between 4-6 guests. We provide sofa beds in most of our apartments, however to make use of these you will need to book for 5 or 6 guests. If you book for 3 guests, we assume that all 3 guests will sleep together in the double/king beds. There will be a small additional charge for using the sofa bed.
Your apartment will be stocked with washing powder and all of the cleaning products you’ll need during your stay, including detergent, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, and so on.
Yes, a hair dryer is provided at every property.
We provide all sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. We ask that you do not remove any of these items from the apartments and do not take the towels onto the beach. We will charge extra for damages.
All of our apartments are self-check-in and we release the door code to you around midday on your day of arrival. Your keys can them be collected from the key box next to your apartment door. You will also receive directions and information on how to find the property.
When you book online, full payment is collected. We accept credit cards and payment via PayPal.
Is the pope catholic! Yes, all of our apartments have super fast & free wireless broadband internet access. This also includes a movie & entertainment package on the TV.
No pets are able to stay in our apartments. Our Hot Tub apartment is an exception to this but you will need to ask before you book.
The apartments are available all year round including school holidays, Christmas and NY. Our Hot Tub apartment also has a log burner, to keep you cosy in the winter months.
We can supply travel cots suitable for children up to 24 months old, highchairs, all free of charge. Please ask before your stay.
The majority of our apartments are in buildings with changes in level. Some may have narrow, steep staircases, so please enquire before you book. We will do our best to help.
Please leave no later than 11am on your departure date. We really do need to start work straight away and our housekeepers will let themselves into the apartments at 11am promptly.
You can arrive for your holiday from 3pm. If you get here earlier than this, you can contact us to see if your apartment is available, however our housekeepers need all the time between changeovers to make it perfect for your arrival.
